The much looked upon figure in M’town today, Asif Ali is one lucky lad who has been fortunate to be a part of some of the biggest hits of the industry in recent times — Traffic, Salt N Pepper and Dr Love to name a few.
Making his presence felt in most genres of the field, Asif explains that this is yet another deliberated move of his to establish himself as a flexible actor.
“People call me an action hero, a romantic star, a cute chocolate boy and so on. But my attempt has always been not to get tied to any of these tags,” he says.
“As long as I am working in the Malayalam film industry, I would like to be a part of as many good projects as possible.”
